    Save yourself the aggravation! Unrealistic delivery times. Terrible service when things go wrong. They try to discredit all 1-star reviews, but I now believe those reviews.
    Unequivocally the most stressful and unpleasant part of my move across Canada. I dealt with the sales rep who seemed to be a great rep and who I thought answered all my questions patiently and made me feel like I knew everything I needed to know. Unfortunately this was not the case for me. I was given an estimated delivery time that was completely unrealistic of what their driver was capable of achieving. Had they simply given me a realistic timeline, perhaps 5-10 days instead of 5-7 days, there would have been zero problem. We do not live near Calgary, so my dad had a flight booked to arrive in Calgary AFTER the estimated delivery time that they gave me. We booked this later date to be on the safe side, and I consulted the sales rep to make sure this was a safe plan, and even told him my Dad was flying in special for this pick-up. My Dad arrived to find no car and to find out it was still days behind. I received no phone calls to let me know the status ahead of time, no voicemails, and no e-mails. Initially they tried to say we wouldn’t be able to get the car until Tuesday as they would be closed over the long weekend. We made it clear this was unacceptable and finally came around to the idea of releasing the vehicle Sunday, 2 days after my Dad arrived to pick up, and 3 days beyond their larger 7 day estimate. So in an effort to “help” they left my 70-year-old Dad at a Flying J trucker stop to wait for the trailer for 2 days so he could get the car as early as possible. 2 days later he kept receiving updates of further delays. I get it, things happen, but bottom line is their estimate is completely out of whack and they truly screwed us over with no regard for all the extra costs my Dad incurred, declined reimbursing him in any way, and not even a discount to me who certainly did not receive the service I signed up for. They think they did me a favour by releasing my car on the long weekend… well it should have been there before Friday so I don’t see that as any favour! They take all of your money and then assume zero responsibility when they can’t deliver within the timeline agreed upon.
    I do not recommend this company primarily for the in which their service handles delays. A simple phone call a day in advance could have saved my Dad hundreds of dollars and saved me serious stress and anxiety while trying to drive myself across the country. I have made my sentiments clear to them. In my opinion there was no attempt to make it right, and instead i received an insulting and aggressive e-mail response accusing me of looking for a discount from day one, saying I never said the car needed to be there by a certain date, as well as an invitation to go in person to the office in Calgary to discuss further?? Again they still do not understand my circumstance and I found the insinuation that I was planning on getting a discount incredibly insulting. They will likely try to accuse me here of lying (about what, i don’t know) and discredit me as they do to every other 1-star review, but I get nothing out of making this review. This is just my personal experience and yours may be different. Bottom line, I do not recommend.
