    Isaha, g, Jim, Rab, alex and one other person did great. Very professional and packing and moving went smoothly. However, there was a misunderstanding with office staff about using previous movers boxes, it was mostly resolved. All in all good experience. Would hire Krupp again.

    This company is not a reliable carrier at all. Twice I have ordered from the same company that has used LSO to deliver my package and twice LSO did not rise to the occasion. Back in March my package was stuck. What should have taken 5 days actually had taken 6 weeks. No call. No nothing. I couldn’t reach anyone. All of a sudden, I received an email 6 weeks after placing my order saying my package was out for delivery. It finally came. Last month I was given an estimated delivery date of June 23rd. On June 21st I received an email saying my package was out for delivery. Then I received a notification that my package was left at my front door at 8:24am. I looked on my porch. Nothing. I looked at my camera. Nobody came & nothing was there. And the company I ordered from isn’t any better. They haven’t contacted me or anything as if I’m suppose to accept this and take a loss.

    Wish there was a 0 star choice. Wasted a 25 min. trip to be refused a sure post package that was sitting on the shelf because it had to be scanned on the delivery date. Was told the package would be pulled from the route and I could pick it up the next morning and wasted another 25 min trip to find that it was on the delivery truck.

    The post office is severely understaffed, everyone seems to be in sour moods and have a tendancy to be impatient with cusomers (even the easy ones). I’m always disappointed when a package I ordered is going through USPS, as there is a 99% chance I will have to pick it up rather than it being delivered, regardless of whether it would have fit in my box or not… very aggrivating.

    Chris,at the counter, was extremely kind to us in figuring out the best way to send a few items. His demeanor was professional yet warm, and he was smiling the whole time. What a pleasant experience I had.
