This five star is one and only for Dez who went beyond to find my lost mail. The mail was very important to me. Due to all sufferings I gave up my hopes but Dez took time to find my mail. I really appreciate!

Great service. Justin and Harry, the laborers, showed up on time and did a super job. They were respectful, polite, and very efficient. I would use them again for sure.

I was very pleased with the delivery and set up. They didn’t waste any time getting the job done in a quick and efficient manner thank you for your service.

Came to the store at 6:55 and it was already closed up and done for the day. It’s supposed to be open until 7, according to the times posted online and at the door.

I came early to get a passport(because they open at 2) and when I got there I was second in line. Waited till 2:10 for them to start helping people. Waited in line until 3:20 to get to the counter. The important detail is that i was second in line and there were over 11 people behind us waiting for a passport as well and it closes at 4:00. Slowest customer service you will ever have. No a/c… just bad experience in all. Might as well drive to Santa Barbara… it would probably be faster.
