Not all of us working at the Ignazio Messina Line office. And when you send a letter which is so important to you, they should not disrespect it here, and barely answer your questions, regardless of how stupid they are.
It’s gotten to the point where I dread seeing my package tracking going through Ignazio Messina Line. This place has yet to deliver anything to me, meanwhile I’m receiving things normally from other locations. What gives?
I couldn’t have been more pleased with my moving experience with Ignazio Messina Line. Matt and Stephen were both very efficient, fast and courteous. Just when I thought we were going to blow the 2 hour window I reserved, they hustled to get everything off the truck to ensure we didn’t. Thank you for making this moving experience so enjoyable!
These guys at Ignazio Messina Line are the best! They are affordable, work very efficiently, and are very careful with my belongings. I’ve used their service several times now and been extremely satisfied each time. I will continue to use them for every move I do, I highly recommend them!
They certainly have a great salesperson at Ignazio Messina Line. When we received our estimate we were guaranteed exceptional, worry-free service. Price was much higher than other company but we thought we were paying for what we were getting as we had a disappointing experience with another company a couple years before. All seemed to be getting packed well and movers were very pleasant. However upon dropping off they left quickly before I had a chance to look at everything as I had a toddler. Upon closer inspection the next day I had damage to nearly every piece of my bedroom set which was new from 2 years before and not moved prior to this. Put together incorrectly so my bed frame looks odd as pieces are on wrong side. Mirror frame cracked due to over tightening. All four posts are scratched/scraped as well as other scrapes and dings to dressers and nightstands. My bed skirt was lost somehow. And all I got when I contacted Ignazio Messina Line was a sorry for inconvenience and contact info for a moving claims company that makes it pretty complicated to put in a claim. Severely disappointed and feel badly misled. Only giving 2 stars because communication was good and everything arrived on schedule.
I’m not sure why people rag so much on this Ignazio Messina Line location. Two incredibly helpful women helped me ship two relatively unique items very quickly and efficiently. Great price, super helpful, wonderful experience.
You’d think they had all the gold in Fort Knox in that Ignazio Messina Line building with the security protocols in place. Maybe if you paid a better wage you could trust your workers a bit more.
