10/10 for building structure, i mean it’s old but beautiful.
5/10 for staff members, some will talk to you kindly and some won’t even listen.

It is the main Post office from where you can send parcels to any branch in Pakistan. You can pay your bills here. Transfer money and much more.
Very,very poor customer service.I was trying to locate my parcel that is over a month overdue, and after following of whole string of couriers that were dealing with my parcel, I found that my parcel is sitting in the AMS Warehouse in Sydney,after it was apparently unsuccessfuly delivered by another company to my address in Perth.
Customer service person by the name of Gina ,was very unhelpful with my enquiry and hanged on me twice.It is appalling that parcel with my products that I paid for and bought with Amazon,can be just kept in their Warehouse ,without any attempt to deliver it to a customer.I have no proof that there was any attempt to deliver my parcel to me as I never found any note or anything else in my letter box.
Extremely poor customer service and totally unprofessional.
This is a really horrible place, People here belive only in resting and taking leaves, the order delivery date was 14th January 2022, but nither they delivered my order nor they informed me that they will deliver it later. No one recievd call, and then finally I had to go to collect my parcel on 17Th january. People here believe only in taking holidays and resting.
