    A great delivery service, I’m super pleased with it. Had my package delivered on the time they said I would. You can give instructions on how and when you want your package delivered. Plus they have a fantastic customer service! Five stars for sure!!!

    Located on Sher Shah Road near Zainabia School System inside a plaza. Offers courier services. Timings are bit flexible as they have to send couriers to main branch so it’s better to book your courier before 5pm.

    This is one of the worst delivery services I have ever used. there is no costumer service and the incompetent staff offers no solution. There were two attempts to deliver this package to my home and I was home both times. by the time I got to the door, the driver had all ready left. The issue is the driver arrived, he waited less then 15-20 seconds each time, left no notification at my door that he was even here. the only reason I knew he was hear was because I checked my camera footage and it clearly shows him ring the bel, waiting a few seconds and then leaving. I would recommend any other delivery company other than UPS.

    Absolute joke of customer service. I received a Sorry we missed you card, tried using their website to rearrange delivery. It didn’t work so I called them to arrange delivery to my workplace next day. Parcel didn’t turn up and when I called them was told the driver couldn’t find my work. I had given them two phone numbers and asked why he didn’t call and was told drivers don’t carry phones! Bullshit! So I said I would pick it up at depot, told an sms would be sent to my phone and of course it hasn’t been. JB hifi you need to change courier companies!

If you ever need help, they are always there to answer your questions, or supply you with the help you need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So glad we found them!
