I just had my balikbayan box picked up yesterday. I noticed that there’s no tracking number. How do I track it then? Thank you.
The delivery part of my service was fine. I was informed about the times and dates and the driver rung when they were 15 minutes away. The collection part was ridiculous. I was told there was no room on the van to take my arranged and paid for collection as they were only on the very start of the day. The driver advised me they would ring their cs team and get them to ring me to rearrange the collection. I never received a phone call and when i spoke to a lady on live chat i was advised this could not be arranged through arrow xl and I had to arrange it through Very. After speaking with Very they advised they could not arrange the collection as this can only be done at the point of ordering something. Very have kindly refunded my charge but I am still left with the washing machine that was supposed to be collected. Arrow xl have very bad delivery and collection planning.
Discusting service with drivers that lie and say they’ve left calling cards 3 times and they haven’t even stepped foot near my address!!!!
The delivery was quicker than expected.
Service was good, the staff seemed nice.
Tried calling them on the toll free number after receiving text message, nothing happened.
Later called on their another contact number which I got from one of my friends and they told me that the item will be delivered after 2 days and they will call back when it’s available.
Recieved another text message on the next days, saying that it has reached the facility and will be delivered on the same day.
Even though, I didn’t recieve a call or any update until I reached out to them.
Afterwards everything was better and the service was great.
The only down thing is the space. Blue dart is situated at a rather remote area which isn’t that hard to access.
Even though, the lack of space for parking seems to be an issue for most people, including their own staff..
The office is very congested and crowded most of the time.
However, they manage to provide proper service for most of their customers.
