    They at MEA always drive in my yard and get their vehicle stuck. I understand if your tire comes on the grass when getting close to mail box. But back up in my yard to turn around. Use the driveway to turn around not the grass.

    This review will be a bit lengthy. My intention was to mail off a letter, what I encountered at MEA was one of the worst interactions I’ve ever had in my life. There were two female workers at the front desk both with dreads. The lady with longer dreads did have on a name tag. However, the other lady did not. She also had a pair of headphones around her neck. Unaware of a line, I walked up to the front desk to ask a question. The lady with the shorter dreads rudely directed me to stand in line and motioned with her hand for me to leave. As I left the room I apologized to the others in front of me and waited until I was called upon. The representative with the shorter dreads leaves the desk purposely so that she doesn’t have to help me. The second representative then calls me to the desk. She wasn’t the most friendliest but she was not as unprofessional as her coworker. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to finish any of my sentences because she would literally cut me off midway. So at this point I requested for the manager. The representative with the shorter dreads mumbles under her breath and proceeds to walk out to get the manager. Once they both come back into the room I calmly explain to the manager the encounters I’ve had with both workers and while I’m speaking, the representative with shorter dreads says aloud wah wah wah!! I then ask the manager if she had heard her employee’s comment. She literally looked me in my face and said No I did not proudly. I then asked for corporate’s number, she decided to give me customer service’s number. Despite their unprofessionalism, I thanked the manager for her help and left. To whomever reads this please consider rehiring a new staff. These women feel as though there will be no consequence for their actions and lack common decency as well as respect. I give this place 0 stars and I will never return again.
