    Had a bad situation with a return to a vendor. The shipping label in the email from the vendor was too small to print and would not scan into the system. Then came Stephanie this wonderful young lady who persevered in finding a solution. She is great and so is this store.

    The mail carriers mark they delivered your mail and they don’t. I live at the Falls of Sope Creek Apartments where you need a key to open the mailbox so who else is stealing the mail? I get small packages regularly every week several times a week on a regular basis and just in the past month alone 3 packages noted scanned and noted as delivered by Etsy and eBay I get to the box and the packages are not there. This has been happening for the last 3 years since I’ve lived in this zip code. They took the bad reviews down I see where other people also noted how they had stolen packages and I see they’ve put up more positive reviews of how folks are treated at the service desk but they still have rude people who work there. When you file a claim for your stolen mail Ms Karen calls you and says she is looking into the stolen mail and then she calls you back a few days later nope can’t find it carrier says he’s delivered it. I don’t make this stuff up. I’ve put mail in my carriers hand when I lived at a different address same zip and the carrier didn’t scan it and when my customer(s), there were 2, didn’t receive the first class mail package with extra paid insurance cost because there wasn’t any confirmation the post office received it. I asked later if packages could be scanned in front of me and I was told by the carrier no they don’t have to do that and they won’t I guess not so they can take your packages. I also sell on Etsy which has a service for you to request USPS package pick up at your door and I got a call by Ms Karen stating the carrier refuses to knock on my door that I need to leave the packages outside my door and he will pick them up. Really!! So they can say that it wasn’t there when they came and so someone must have stolen it from my door or how about someone actually does steal it from my door. It’s really sad that USPS has gone to this level of dis-service. I just want my mail that I pay money for, the beads and the postage I pay for as well. Why is that so hard to ask for?????
