    While I am unhappy with FedEx, I am very pleased with this FedEx facility. The were helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure everything that could be done to get my package to me. The people I dealt with were cheerful, knowledgeable and kind.

    I hardly post a remark, but this has got to be one of my worst experience. Extremely rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional African American women probably in her 50’s at the counter. I worked at retail and dealt with customers before, but this is no way to treat your customers. I understand that it’s Presidents Day long weekend, but please give up your position if you are bitter about your job. I knew something was wrong when the lady in line in front of me told me to go first because she wanted to wait on the next attendant to help her instead. The lady in front of me in line probably dealt with this attendant previously and had a bad experience.

    Darin has a history of stealing labor from his crew members. I worked for 7 hours and 50 minutes in the heat this past Monday (PICTURED) and he is refusing to pay me and teammate and avoiding our calls. I have screenshots and evidence and will be reporting this to the websites that he uses to get work. I will happily withdraw this review and those complaints if and when this is rectified. DON’T HIRE THEM
