   zero star rating – would not even think of hiring…similar experience to what I am reading here now. Extremely incompetent movers with no prior experience; lack of professional equipment (Straps, dolley etc). Worst moving experience ever!!!

   Ordered a large truck one week before moving but, they called and told me the large truck is not available and they’ll send a small truck, otherwise I’ll have to reschedule one day before. I had made all the plans to move and can’t change one day before, so I reluctantly agreed. They said I can do two trips and won’t cost a lot as I was moving to close by. On the moving day morning, a very small delivery truck came with two very lazy, slow moving, rude and unprofessional men. They couldn’t carry two boxes or four bed slats at once so ultimately my wife and I helped to reduce the time. I think my wife lifted more stuff than those rude slackers. Ultimately they took 5 hours to load and unload two truckloads and still a half a load left at my old place. We were in a standard 3 bedroom house so there weren’t a lot. When unloading the last load, they just dumped the goods in the garage, leaving us to carry the stuff again and scratched my brand new dining table, the fridge and the door frame. When complained, they rudely said it’s not their problem. Also asked for the full payment before unloading the last bit. When called and complained to the company, they said the amount is already discounted and they can’t do anything. Which is totally unacceptable as I didn’t ask them to send the small truck with these lazy idiots. Also they charged me the callout charge for the large truck even though they sent the small truck. Never using them again. They are not sending the best!

   The movers showed up on time, did a fantastic job, were professional, knew what they were doing, asked questions about what they were dealing with, and treated our property fantastically. The worst part was dealing with a banking issue for paying them, and they were very patient as we got that straightened out.
