   These guys are always very helpful and efficient. I know they can’t give away envelopes and other items but that’s expected. They are running a business after all. They will go out of their way to help you get a package ready and make sure you get the best price. They also take care to do really nice color prints for a good price if you need prints. I rent a box from them and they are always quick to remember me and get my mail without asking the box number. They have been a life saver for me many times and we are lucky to have a resources like this in Sedalia. I for one LOVE the UPS store.

   I’m so glad I used two men and a truck. They were professional, and made moving as easy as they could. I will definitely use them the next time I move.

   First time using the service (I ordered something online and the company uses r+l carriers for their shipment) and our experience were good. A representative called to schedule the delivery and we requested the driver to call us when he gets here because we live in an apartment complex. I received my package on time and the driver did call us when he was here. Overall good service

   They were respectful and very hard workers. We hope the same crew helps us when we move again! They were all awesome workers we really wish we had more cash to give them a much bigger tip! The team was Chassidy, Mike, Jonathan, Brogin, and Jennifer.

   No problems prior to a move. Now my mail doesn’t show up until 6 pm some nights. I got in the carrier’s way once, trying to find something time sensitive – now my mail inevitably finds its way into my box soaking wet. Three packages have been tracked as delivered that I never received. Nothing but problems.
