    They always do their best here. It’s tiny, so the lines do get long. But the staff makes sure to properly assist everyone. I’ve been coming here about 10 years, never had a rude experience here.

    HORRIBLE!! I dropped off a return package (with a printed RETURN LABEL) to Adidas on Tuesday at FedEx Express location. (Ground picks up Ground packages to be sent out on their end.) Turns out driver might have created a new tracking number cause he couldn’t scan the return label. Wouldn’t you contact me first or brought the package back to your station?! Now Adidas doesn’t have proof of package being dropped off and returned! AND Their automated and customer service people is PATHETIC! NOW because of that driver and their service I am out $60 Adidas was suppose to return AND my return shoes are nowhere to be found! I would give it a Negative 10 rating if I could! Oh did I forget to mention I SPOKE WITH 24 DIFFERENT Customer Service People!! I asked to speak to a Supervisor and THEY ALL put me through line which turned out to be the very beginning of of menu from where you call their 800 number!!! Adidas will not be issuing me refund thanks to their POOR SERVICE AND HORRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVER!!

    Absolutely the worst delivery service in the history of delivery services. I received a message saying that a delivery was attempted and that recipient wasn’t home, but I was home all day as a matter fact, and no one ever rang the buzzer or knocked on the door. I called them and was told that the driver could not find my residence which left me perplexed since Amazon, ups, fedex and usps have no problem finding my address. I now have to send my packages to a service point that’s an hour away. What’s the point of paying for shipping if you’re still going to have to go out your way to pick up a package.
