   This is the the common problems on MAKATI EXPRESS CARGO FORWARDERS. when you track you cargo for more than 20 days, they reply system no actives or not activated.
   When you call the cargo office, no one attending your call. Even if you sent WhatsApp messages, they never replied you, l don’t know what happens entire Makati Cargo Staff always scaping to their responsibilities.

    Just contacted Makati Express service to track the courier, but online shows delivered but we haven’t received the courier. Parcel was 4 months back delivered.

    Worst service ever from Makati Express. I have been receiving ‘out for delivery’ alerts since 4 days and haven’t received the parcel yet. Later they notify that I was unavailable (which is an utter lie). The delivery guy named Rahul Kumar (I found the number from Nykaa order tracking details) isn’t even picking up my call.

    Good morning Makati Express branch of ever gotesco, I sent parcel with ref. No. 3211 8570 6933 last July 29, 2020 going to Makati Express Gaisano Masbate for pickup. The box has been sealed and I took a photo of it. My brother as claimant keeps on tracking until the parcel was ready. However, he did not receive message from Makati Express to claim even when the parcel was ready for release. Today, August 10, 2020 the item was picked up by my brother. Upon checking the parcel, it was not sealed and lacking one item. The said item was declared in the receipt. How can Makati Express address this kind of issue? Hope this post would not be ignored and be given appropriate action.

    If I could give Makati Express 0 stars I would. Terrible service. They are sooooo hard to deal with. They don’t even compare to UPS or any other shipping company. Every person you deal with there tells you something different. Just completely terrible. Use any other company to ship packages! And if a seller’s only option is to use Makati Express then don’t even bother buying the product because you won’t get it.
