   The employee who helped me tonight was managing the entire place by himself and could not have been more patient, professional, or skilled. It was like a master class in multitasking. He managed phone calls, people using the copier, and everyone’s holiday shopping needs with a kind of calm, smooth skill. Would that every customer service experience were like this!

   They where very friendly and helpful. They explained the whole process prior too. Everything was very easy to set up. We moved across country and used their cube. They delivered in a timely manner and the drivers where professional and ice. I’ll be using them anytime I move again.

   Very rude and unprofessional, at check out when I swiped my credit card the device was off I told her the worker multiple times it was off but she told me to keep swiping and fallow the prompts, and I told her there was nothing at the screen and she asked me if I knew how how to read and if I had gone to schoo at all!!! I get that working for the government is terrible but if you hate your job you should try other job but not take it on the costumers.

   Forward Moving provided the best relocation services I’ve experienced. Dan and his crew arrived as scheduled and worked diligently, with a pleasant attitude and eye for detail. All of the guys were professional and dedicated to making the move a successful and stress free event. I’d recommend this company without hesitation.

   Great experience with both the customer service team member Tina and the owners Steve and Lisa. They have each helped me on multiple occasions, are always professional and with Covid have made me feel comfortable still coming to their store.
