    Be ready to pay DOUBLE for everything. Absolutely without a question of a doubt, save your self time and cash and take your business to another place, or directly to the post office. Unless you like to pay completely unreasonable fees.

    I received a call from the contracted Home Depot delivery personnel at 7:30am saying that they would be at my home in 30 mins. They did not keep me waiting..they were fast, efficient, and professional with the delivery and hook up of my dryer. After hooking up my dryer..he even made sure it was working and heating up properly. Thank you for taking such good care of my dryer, and because of that… I had to give you 5 stars across the board.

    Unfortunately my first visit at this store was not a good one. There was only one employee working in the store. I was the second customer in line. I had 8 small flat rate boxes all sealed and ready to go. All I needed was postage for each. I had 8 names with addresses printed on a piece of paper to make it easier for the employee to read and put into the system to create the label. When it was my turn to be serviced, more people entered the store and got in line behind me. I guess since they saw I had 8 small boxes sitting on the counter, they became inpatient. So the one employee began servicing all of them one-by-one while also working on my order. Turns out I was second in line when I entered the store, but my order was finally completed AFTER 6-7 other customers were taken care of! No apologies from the employee or anything. I spent an additional $3.xx per box for “retail service” but was not treated equitably as a customer.

    Are this people getting paid? They are like the grinch for the entire year. They are always mad. Grumpy. And look as if they are working against their own will. It’s very annoying to even try to ask a question. It’s scary to even say something.
