    The guys were great picking up and dropping off a lounge suite. They really went above and beyond moving our furniture and even having to remove a door to get the sofas in the house was no trouble. Really hardworking, excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be using them again.

    Geransky’s Moving & storage made our move stress-free. Jaired, Duane and James were the best movers we have ever had. They arrived on time and worked quickly. They were extremely careful with all of our furniture, wrapping everything. The hardwood stairs and floors were covered. There was no damage to either of the houses or any of our belongings. We will recommend Geransky’s Moving & Storage to any of our friends or family that are moving.

    Two weeks ago, we moved from the Bay Area to Seattle. It’s a pretty common move, as far as I know. Today is the last day of our delivery window, and I’m pretty sure our belongings still haven’t left California. I say pretty sure because nobody with the long distance dispatch department will return my phone calls. The only person we have been able to get on the phone is in customer service, and while she is nice and attempting to be helpful, she has no idea when our things are being shipped or when they’ll be delivered. The company is supposed to compensate $30 per business day they’re late, but that doesn’t even come off the final bill. Hopefully they’ll mail a check but I have no faith in Spartan to do what they say they will at this point. They had almost a month’s notice and made no plan to ship our things, they’d rather eat the $30/day until they can bundle them with enough other deliveries. I regret using this company and do not recommend them.
