   I can’t give you a good preference as this stage yet, I did use your services via Sendle and Wizme. The Delivery is actually fast,, one parcel went to Sydney and arrive in 2 days and one parcel went to Pakenham spent around 3 days but the person was not there so I need to redirect it. Send Sendle a redeliver with no response and use the delivery card number to call Courier Please to redeliver, they lounge a case and ensure they went to the same address. Waited for more than a week and keep calling. As Courier Please did not have the depot number and end up it was sitting in depot all the time and end up calling back yesterday to ensure re-send to customers. Still end up come back to me. On the parcel, it said Fragile and the person gave back to me just chuck on the floor and not even notified me. I need someone to ensure if their company is in other Countries, they need to communicate or give the direct number to us to chase up. it is not working at all.
   Hi it emails a few times and call the couier please 13 number, there are still no one get back to me.

   Al Thompson handled all my customs paperwork for importing a Japanese car, he dealt with the soil sample and customs forms very quickly and efficiently. He responds quickly to my questions whether they are emails or texts, and is very knowledgeable about what he does. I would recommend him to anyone who isn’t lucky enough to be in the Vancouver area to handle it themselves, or to anyone who is unsure if they are able to do the paperwork themselves. Al makes picking up a car fast and easy, and I would recommend it to first time importers or people that may be out of the area and just want to buy a one way plane ticket to pick up their vehicle from port.
