    Just had a bad flow with the Postmaster! Went in to get the correct General Delivery address and ordered an item that was shipped by UPS and was told they could not accept if it wasn’t made out to the Postmaster! Tried 4 times to solve problem and I gave up, cancelled the order and had it shipped to my home base. Overall a bad experience.

    Is this under new management again? Getting brusk responses from their employees, being told to do things for Amazon returns that contradict Amazon’s return policy. I feel like I am bothering them with my business.

    Staff is completely clueless. Prices are obscure! 1 stamp $0.89, delivery confirmation $7, and to print 4 pages of standard B&W printer paper $5.93. Absolutely ridiculous FEDEX from now on!

    This is the worst post office, just close the doors and don’t let anybody in, since they are incapable of helping anybody out. Why even have a phone, if you are not going to answer it. Use UPS FEDEX even DHL. they need a NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW, I just put 1 star so I can comment how terrible this place is this place, this place gets -5 stars. Go here if you want service that sucks because these guys are no help at all

    Mail carrier delivers packages to wrong houses multiple times each month. The station manager blames it on the street names. Fedex and UPS always find the right house so why can’t the usps in Ridgefield?

    Sylvester and his crew were super efficient, asked questions for clarification and they were friendly (to me and my pup, who was very confused about what was happening). Amazing value for amazing service!
