   I have been monitoring a package from Nordstrom and I am amazed at how badly your company has behaved. The tracking history said that I was to receive the package on March 6 and there’s a whole series of stupidity. It says it was here in Longview but then the next day it was out for delivery in Dallas (which is 3 hours away). I called Nordstrom and they told me to call you but your company is not accepting phone calls! What kind of a company are you? Please get your act together and deliver my package to me in Longview, Texas. The tracking # is RL0061V7

   Status is showing my two orders have been delivered and I have not received either of them. one say delivered one say delivered to front door. I have been home all week and still I don’t Understand. I have put in request to LSO delivery to try and find out where these orders are. This is very upsetting. can you please find out where my orders are!! the tracking # ZY09C58R and ZY08W4DE…I have called LSO and they are not taking calls.

   When using my tracking number, CYKOKY2B, it shows my package out for delivery on Tuesday, November 22nd, however, it has not been delivered. Where is my package? Can you please contact me regarding this order? Your company is not accepting phone calls, what kind of business is this?

   It’s my second attempt to send a Hermes parcel and this place it’s shut again. If they want to keep customers around they should follow their business opening times.

    Horrible and Super Rude staff, they are so cheap i asked to borrow a pen to write an address for a letter to post at their post office and they asked me to buy a pen, in the rudest manner ever, and when i expressed that this was not acceptable at a post office, i was told to not come back if i’m not happy, of course i will never come back, have been using the one in Archway and they are very nice polite people, will now be choosing and recommending the archway branch.

    I don’t like the way the girl in the front gives the service. She needs to learn how to behave polite. Was first time going their ridiculous. Worst customer service ever .
