    I purchased a double draw rod from my local Lowes on 7-13-2020. I have tried to find a delivery date by this store. Nothing – cannot even have a conversation with customer service as to the date of delivery.

    My invoice # is 92860 and I have my receipt of payment.

    Can someone tell me when this order is to be delivered? Day – date – time.
    I live 1 mile or less from this store.

    I have called the store 3 times today and put on hold all three times.

    my husband bought a Pit Boss smoker on 5/18/21, when he finally received it it was broken. he has called so many times to get this smoker picked up and they keep cancelling the time they are to pick it up. its been almost a month now. my husband would like to buy another smoker, but until he gets this one returned and gets his money refunded he cant. we have done business with lowes before but nothing like this has ever happened. we were planning to purchase a new range and a side by side refrigerator in the new future. but you can be assured it wont be from lowes. I just cant believe this is happening.

    About 2 weeks ago I ordered 3 roof vents from Lowes–Sulfur Springs and have not received them yet. I did not get a confirmation email back so I do not know what is going on. I put the order in the cart and entered my payment information using my visa card.

    Like any other company they have more good then bad, what I like most about this company I can either use an agent or I can dispatch my own truck. I had a break down the process was slow but it was right on time I have no complaints about Jones Motor or Jones Express

    My experience with AmeriFreight was good but not great. Bob was a great salesperson and easy to work with – I thought he did a good job explaining the options and keeping me informed throughout the process. After 4 weeks my car arrived in good condition and for a relatively good rate. That said, I waited over 2.5 weeks for my car to get matched with a driver, and had to pay an additional $200 over the original bid to move it at that time. Further, I found the driver difficult to work with, and the car came a few days late. Recognizing that it’s a fluid market for car transportation, I would have been happier if I had been given me a more realistic bid at the outset – my experience would suggest the initial quote I was given was mis-priced. But, on the whole, a positive experience and I’d recommend AmeriFreight to someone moving their car across the country.

    The people at postal connections are really good people they work with they took care of me right away I could ship out through UPS or fed ex doesn’t matter you could use the regular postal service if you want just make it that easy! ! !

    notified me it was delivered meanwhile they delivered the package i sent to the wrong address!!! people were rude on the phone when i called them to ask them what happen to the package Not A Happy Customer At ALL
