Communication with this company is difficult. The call comes in and they immediately hang up. It is difficult to have information about their deliveries and one have to remains subject until the company takes its time to make the deliveries. Have to wait !!!!!!

I complain to supervisor all the time about my Logitech lady. Even called customer service multiple times to file complaint. They do nothing!!!!! Showed video from my ring doorbell – no one shows up but scans my packages as not in. The driver is falsifying scans. When you go there it’s only 1 person working the window and the line is out the door. This place is ghetto and worthless.
Went in today, and the employee was not wearing a mask. Even though university and state guidelines have made masks mandatory. It’s disappointing.
I received a very competitive quote for my move from Logitech after Glenn visited to look at what I had and estimate the number of pounds I was moving. The team who moved me out of my house was professional, fast, and STRONG! Each of them introduced themselves and shook my hand. My furniture was stored by Logitech for a week and then delivered to my new home by 2 of the team members who moved me out. Tarps were spread to protect my carpets and floors. All boxes and furniture were brought in with extreme care. Furniture was set up and placed exactly where I wanted it.
I can’t say enough nice things about Logitech. Everyone with whom I spoke was extremely polite and helpful. The movers were courteous and friendly. It was a great experience for me and I highly recommend this company if you are looking for movers that know how to do the job and do it well.
I had the same problem as Peter!!! They told me I had to unload 1500 pounds of vinyl siding out of their truck by hand. Are you kidding me? I ordered the vinyl through the Menards website. Menards told me not to touch the shipment, that they have to unload it.
