    JK Moving Services are a very professional, understanding moving company. We had to do most of our own packing and we saved money on that portion. There were some things that were not packed and they packed them for us. We did a storage move for 35 days and our things were placed in crates and stored indoors. When our items were delivered, not a scratch on anything. Salute to JK Moving!

    Door sign and website says they open at 8:30am on weekdays but it was locked and nobody there on Tuesday 2/8/22 8:45am. Headed down to the Burnet Rd store instead, which was open. Don’t waste your time with this location.

    A package my mother got from was smashed all sides, even though I told the guy it was perfume bottles and fragile in glass inside of boxes. I don’t think he marked fragile on the box. Luckily I triple bubble wrapped the perfume boxes and they didn’t get broken. Other than that and the packages arriving late at my apartment sometimes because of the regular holiday shipping amount of packages poeple mail the staff has been courteous and helpful.

    The movers called when they were on their way and they arrived on time. They were very quick when loading and unloading my furniture. The move went very smooth and fast! This is my second time using their moving services. I would definitely recommend them.

    Bad operation with unqualified movers.
    Damaged/destroyed two pieces of my furnishings, one was magazine rack gifted to me by my sister some 20 years ago, not-replaceable. The reason I gave two stars is the movers did set-up my bedroom at my new location. However when I asked for boxes marked STORAGE to be put in the Storage Area, almost everything was piled into that limited area… such as Shoes, Shirts, Collectible… etc.
    UPDATE: Owner did refund me a portion of the moving fee. And replaced my magazine rack with a similar type.
    So I raised this Review to 3 Stars!!
