    My first experience with Craters and Freighters was receiving a large original piece of art from Kansas City. I couldn’t believe how well the crate was constructed and the art protected. Over the top! Many times since I have used our local Crater and Freighter Franchise here in Cape Coral, Florida for shipping the Coyote Series art to my collectors all over the united States. They are professional, courteous and very thorough…which is extremely important in shipping expensive art. I’ve dealt mostly with Logan but everyone in the office from the owners on down are involved in your satisfaction. They are on their game…and it makes all the difference in the world. Particularly in todays world!

    Have been here 3 times this month and the employees at opening have the worst attitudes. Each of them act like you are bothering them from the minute you walk up. There is no reason to be acting this way. If you hate your job so much you need to find a different one.

    They were on time, in fact 10 minutes early. They were incredibly efficient and in addition they were very careful handling my furniture, and protecting the walls and flooring. They were responsive to working with me to move the time up.

    They really deserve 0 stars for their horrendous communication. Multiple emails, calls and voice-mails later they hadn’t even bothered to confirm a pick up time/day and it was 24 hrs before we were due to move. The one time we did get a human on the phone be literally just told me he wasnt experienced enough to answer my questiins. No one above him bothered to call us back. In fact, no one answered until we asked to cancel as we were <24hrs from when we needed to move and still hadn’t heard from them.
    Don’t use them if you want any idea of when your valuables will be picked up or dropped off and definitely don’t expect them to be apologetic when they can’t and won’t answer these simple questions. Don’t waste your time. Spend more money to get a better company who won’t leave you hanging. Still waiting 3 weeks later to hear about the deposit refund seeing as we had to find a company last minute who could and would answer simple date questions and could of be trusted with our valuables.
