    Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they’re limited. It’s ashame that most of the time they don’t have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don’t close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there’s no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.

    I waited 55 minutes to receive my order only for it to be wrong. I know what I ordered and I call them and they give me an ATTITUDE and suddenly my
    Order history is cleared when I go to bring it up after the phone call. Knowing well what I originally ordered. You can’t be rude to someone when your in the wrong. Especially after they’ve paid almost $30 for food that’s incorrect.

    I supposedly had a package delivered and a note said left with neighbor. I dont know my neighbors nor do I want my packaged left with them. A formal complaint is going in because I dont spend money to waist it and have someone else get my items. There is a box to leave a package in with a key, so why was it not done properly? VERY UPSET with service. Went and asked all the people that live here and no one knows about my package.

    Dejuan Smith and Dylan Venzlaff showed up on-time, were fast and efficient. They packed our furniture and delivered it without issue. They were fun to work with and displayed an incredible work ethic. I would use QShark Movers again in the future.

    Put a chair outside, away from dog for the fedex driver to put package on. Fedex driver put it in reach of dog. Package destroyed.

    The staff here are great. The owner, Sergio however is exceptionally rude, and dismissive of customer concerns or feedback. I would recommend any other shipping service.
