   Best service I’ve received here. I frequently drop off gear to be shipped. It’s frustrating to deal with most people here. But today….today I had the best service by Tom and Bailey. Those 2 men were quick, efficient, and professional. Give them a raise and make them train the others in customer service.

   4 employes behind the counter. One only serving customers. While waiting in line, the lady behind the counter (playing on her phone) told me to raise my mask because it was a litlle below my nose. She had time to to do that instead of service the customers………………………………………………..Never go there!!!!!!!!!!

   Item all arrived damaged, box crushed and milk powder everywhere. Shipper refuses to compensate despite being responsible for end to end shipping. Asked us to follow up with Chinese post – absolutely ridiculous

   this is by far the worst GDEX service ever! they will never pickup your call, the employees look at you like you came in there to steal!

   Alison , customer service representative thinks she is boss and very rude, definitely will give her lesson that how to talk with customers when items are missing from the parcel.

   Such worest delivery i have ever seen. Simply postpone the deliver date without knowledge of customer. bad attitude, bad manner and finally bad service.
