    Did not receive mail service Tues and Wed before Thanksgiving. Called them on Friday to find out why. After being put on hold and waiting 24 minutes, I hung up. Didn’t get mail service on Fri, Sat , or Mon either , so 1 full week without receiving mail. Went to the post office Tues am to see if I could pick up all the mail that hadn’t been delivered. They said no, but that it would all be delivered that day. I did receive that days mail, but none from the whole week before. Also have been getting the mail after 6pm frequently.

    We moved from Kentucky to Texas in July of 2020 and used AA Moving to get there. We had a great experience!     If you get this company as your TSP you need to call the Army personal property office immediately and request a new TSP. We sent in the request for movers on October 29th and the date for pickup was scheduled for November 24th. I tried calling in the weeks before and it just goes to voicemail, no one ever answers or returns phone calls. No one ever called for a presurvey and the pickup date came, and of course, no one showed up nor called to say they weren’t coming. I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone at all and it is December 6th. I spoke with the APP office today and I was told that they called them today explaining that they double booked our shipment on November 24th and therefore they are not coming to move our things AT ALL. So apparently they can call APP weeks later to tell them our pickup date was double booked at that they will not move our stuff but they can’t answer phone calls or inform their customers of the issue so that it could have been resolved sooner. Now we are waiting for another TSP to be selected and we have already moved to Germany and probably won’t see our stuff until mid next year if we are lucky because of this companies horrible service and carelessness. I will be reporting them and I hope that no military families get stuck with this moving company ever again.
