    On June 5 22, I made an order for a cycle and it still hasn’t arrived. They told me it would arrive in 5 to 7 days. This is a disaster in my life. I make an order here again and they give me my money back but that’s it.

    The delivery drivers were brothers and went above and beyond – they carried a very large and heavy patio set up a tight set of stairs (after not being sure it would fit), assembled it quickly, and disposed of the packing materials and even a few extra boxes I had from our move. They were friendly, courteous and respectful and I’d highly recommend them!

    Awesome moving company! They moved me on one of the hottest days and didnt complain not once. I would highly recommend them. They take care of placing items into the truck and they set your furniture up hoewvere you want it upon delivery. Great guys!

    The delivery driver destroyed my yard and did not place it where it was when I moved into the house a year earlier. Upon pickup the yard was destroyed even more. There was also a big hole in the side of the container when it was delivered and just covered up with some black tape.

    Lost my pod. Delivered 3 days late. Couldn’t get a knowledgeable service person on the phone. Door wouldn’t open and Pods did not provide help after promising to do so.
    Good concept. Lousy execution.
