The Indian lady is very rude and disrespectful, she’s so grumpy , she could explain nicely to customers , but she instead gives attitude,Very bad customer service , never seen before , I don’t know she still got the job .
Good just that if u want to update or apply new aadhar u have to be here early in the morning around 6-7 am as they distribute limited forms.
Always receive my parcels on time and your delivery ninjas are friendly, especially the guy who always does delivery at Etiqa Twin Tower, Jalan Pinang.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with an ‘assistant’. After a long 20-25 min wait time at the depot office, I had asked a driver in the car park if anyone was working behind the help desk (no sign of anyone being present, and had already buzzed for help twice) – the driver ran through the back and found someone – immediately after the male driver left, she was verbally abusive and shouted at me and asked if I could read the sign – buzz and wait, sprawled in pencil on a ripped up piece of paper – and told me ‘(you) shouldn’t have done that’ in a threatening tone. Very uncomfortable and unnecessary. I would advise anyone to use a different courier if based in N/W London. I am now making a conscious effort to ensure that I do not order any product shipped with parcel force again.
We used CouriersPlease to pick up a faulty device from a customer in Melbourne and deliver to us in Sydney to fix. Except, despite their tracking system saying twice the shipment was onboard for delivery, and now one week in, they still haven’t delivered. Today the tracking system has stopped telling us the shipment is onboard, so we have no real idea when it will arrive.
Our customer, now urgently needing the equipment back working, is very unhappy with the situation and in turn us.
Contacting anyone in Customer Services is near on hopeless. The auto-attendant leads you back to their tracking website. My colleague in Logistics spent 20 minutes on hold, and when he asked to arrange collection from their Rosehill depot, got cut off.
I’m not sure they even know where the box is.
