   They would rather you die than stop anywhere in a car that’s broken down on the land they own.. that sums up the person who owns this company hope they feel good about that..
   Human welfare is not a concern and obviously the company is more concerned in taking in the money. I’m glad to say I will never use or associate with any kind of transport air or land that this company takes part in.

   Have called twice as they keep saying they’ve delivered my package but nothing is here and no card was left. Call centre people had no idea what they were doing. These people should be shut down they are so incompetent.

   One of the worst food delivery apps
   Run promotions which are not honored at all
   Restaurant are closed when u order
   They don’t deliver on time
   Drivers are not trained
   Rude
   Chat support is the worst
   Can go on and on
   Was hoping we can give them less than one star
   Getting a movie actor to endorse u doesn’t make u a hit guys.

   Still waiting for my bag after 3 days . Very difficult to call anyone or leave message at their lost baggage service.
   They are inundated with issues caused by air lines especially Qantas incompetence but need better communication to clients with lost luggage as Menzies are contractors for this service.
   It’s a real hassle not knowing when luggage may turn up.
   Stressfull.
   Got a late email today ftom Menzies hoping it may be close to finding.
   Thanks Menzies to please improve communications.

   our also experience with UPS jetair express services very BAD, because we trying to continue call for shipment enquiry but they still call droping and holding. i was very upset, pls improve your services and proper cordinate with your customers. its humble request to you.
