    A good service and it wasn’t busy at all when i went there. Got lucky i guess. But overall it was great, she helped me with sending the parcel as well which i was meant to do it on my own.

    First, movers showed up at 10:30 for my 8-10 window (not completely their fault, but I was the first move of the day so they should not have been this behind). I was extremely detailed in my intake of inventory and requests as a door needed to be removed to move larger items from my apartment. Movers did not know how to do so and took AN HOUR to remove and reattach the door. The same moving company moved the exact same items 9 months prior, detached and reattached the same exact door in about 5 minutes instead of an hour and the overall move took half the time. This would not have been as frustrating if I didn’t say ahead of time that the door needed to be removed, but the lack of attention to detail on notes (i.e sending out a crew that knows how to remove a door) is concerning. I ended up doing majority of unloading by myself since it was already well past my end time. For reference my move from a 1-bedroom apartment into another 1-bedroom apartment a mile away took 5 and a half hours (last time it took around 3 and they moved some of my roommates things too). Movers were sweet and hardworking but were clearly new/inexperienced. The company itself is okay IF you get a good set of movers, unfortunately I paid an extra $140 due to inexperience, which I disputed. Management just kept repeating we are an hourly based company which I understand, however you pay movers to be more efficient than you would be yourself and that not the case in this instance.
    My first move 9 months ago with YouMoveMe was a 5 star move, however if you are looking for consistent quality, I would recommend avoiding YouMoveMe.

    I’ve used the removal man service my last 4 moves. Fernando and team are always great and make the moving process less stressful would highly recommend.
