    Arrived at UPS Store at 215/220 to find a sign on the door saying it was closed for 30 minutes but no start or end time. During the 20+ minutes my 3 year old and I sat in the car waiting for an employee to return 8-10 customers were waiting or came up to the door. Once inside staff was helpful and efficient but there were two staff members inside. Why would the store need to close at all with two staffers working? Very frustrating experience. Had the sign merely posted when staff left and when they planned to return, managing customers expectations, I would have left having had a very different experience.

    They ask me if I had shipped to my son recently and I said yes they printed the label with his previous address. They shipped it to that address and the driver said he dropped it off. I called the apartment complex and they said they didn’t receive a package. I returned to this store yesterday and a male clerk kept insisting that it was my fault for not verifying the address. He would not listen to my explanation. I grabbed my receipt and left. I have tried to file a claim twice with no response. Look like I am out $200.00.

    Every order arrives broken. Not once in a while, EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE arrives damaged and the claims process is a disaster usually ending with no reimbursement. The post office and UPS (for heavy/extra large pkg) are the superior services in this area. After $2k in damages to items that cannot be easily replaced I’ll never use FedEx or recommend them to anyone.

    Very rude over the phone and will get upset if you do not use there company! New Horizon Moving did an excellent job with communication and professionalism.
