   If google would let me put 0 stars I would. When we first contacted PODS to help us move from Texas to North Carolina, they told us how much it would cost for what we were wanting. Wasn’t bad for what we were wanting and was what we could afford, or so we thought. Got the POD, filled it, called them to schedule the pickup day. Scheduled the day for July 7th. They called us July 5th saying that we had to pay more than we already did which would make it more than they initially told us and said that if we didn’t pay then they wouldn’t pickup our stuff in the scheduled July 9th. Two things wrong with that last sentence. We originally scheduled for the 7th as a pickup and we already paid the amount we were told to pay. So they (a) lied to us about the price and (b) changed the pickup day without informing us in any way. Will never use PODS again. Also, my husband is in the army and he was trying to set this up for us, so if this is how they treat our soldiers…just saying

   Constantly getting our mail mixed up we use a group lock box.they say our box is damaged and won’t see to it. Not sure if I’m getting all my mail.cause I’ve gotten other neighbors mail recently.this is unsafe.!

   I had a deadline to move furniture out of my place, called Same Day Small Movers and they were there within an hour. The movers were courteous and went above board to make sure I met my deadline and kept my furniture intact.

   Expect a wait on the weekends. Every time I have been here the person at the front desk helped me mail packages and address any questions about shipping. Thanks for being a local post office I can count on

   Very helpful staff. Don’t expect them to answer the phone, though that’s been a standard experience of mine with every single post office.

   The closest most convenient for me. All 3 employees I interact with are so helpful. They always help me ship things the most cost effective way for me and now they finally have Apple Pay!!
