    My encounters with two different employees, both as rude as ever, have prompted me to write my first ever online review. After checking the website to determine the hours for passport processing, I took my 93 year old mother there with all paperwork and ID in hand at 12:40pm. According to the website walk ins were accepted prior to 1:30 and by appointment after 2. Appointments could not be booked in the same day. After waiting in line for 45 min, at 1:30 the man in the passport office finished with his customer and walked away. I chased down another woman who then informed us that they would not assist us without an appointment even though no one else was waiting. I said that’s not what the Goffs Falls PO website says and she replied, that’s not our website and walked away. Needless to say, we then headed to the Portsmouth PO, walked in, were pleasantly greeted by a gentlemen and then had the passport processed…all in less than 15 minutes!

    Sunny and Josh took great care in moving my things! They protected the home and were able to follow the instructions clearly regarding what to move and what not to move (I was only moving one bedroom out of a house). Quick and amazing service! Would use them again

    Had an important package delivered 2 times. First time they said they delivered package yet none arrived. Second time I watched them on tracker and before the truck even made it down my street the status was changed to unable to find address! No other carrier has any problems finding my house except Fed-Ex. Starting to think delivery driver doesn’t know how GPS works! They are the worst. Thanks for nothing!
