    We needed to send a check to Woodland Park, CO by 2/14, Friday (or wire-transfer which costs $24). When my wife went to this UPS Store to send via Ground (costs $9.25), the clerk insists that there’s no guarantee that the check would arrive by this Friday. So my wife ended up paying $29.21, instead of $9.25 as published on the UPS website that guaranteed delivery by 2/13, Thurs (see attached). Be aware!!!

    I was in a rush and needed t send something certified and needed it to be there the same day and it was. I received confirmation at 10 AM. Unfortunately, upon walking in, one of the workers came off as rude.

    I went to this location to drop something off to be shipped and get a poster made. I made sure I emailed it before hand so that it would be quicker. When I arrived I waited in line. Once I made it to the front, Danna did a great job receiving my package and giving me a receipt. She then told the manager I needed a poster printed out (he was the one that needed to make it). He stated I could have a seat and would have to wait until he took care of the other people in the store waiting, mind you all of these people arrived AFTER ME! This is an example of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I waited my turn in line, sent in my information prior to arrival, etc. Why would I have to wait to get serviced until people who arrived after me?!?! Makes no sense to me but I will never go here again and I will never recommend anyone to go here to shop or anything else! I am all about customer service! They failed terribly! Head down the street and try Office Depot/Max or Fedex! They’ve been AWESOME! If you can’t use them find a different UPS location because this isn’t it!
