   It’s the worst transport I’ve ever seen. Delivery is delayed, but the delivery status is unsuccessful for 2 days even though there are many people at home. Ordered from 6/7/19 until 13/7/19 still haven’t received the product. Lack of credibility. This kind of service is better not to open at all.

   I have two items in two different orders that LEX tracking shows as delivered. They were never received nor signed for by me, nor was I contacted by any driver.
   I tried twice to get assistance from customer service though your chat, but both times it crashed, once in the middle of giving security response.
   Order 267980690960609, item 1, vacuum bags from seller ERTIC, was not delivered. (XB-07000186363)
   Order 269933974360609, item 1, CKS propeller from CKS Inter 2nd, was not delivered (LEXPU21611058)
   Neither seller willing to help, the tracking doesn’t help.
   I would like a phone response, if possible. In English, as no Thai speakers home this week. E-mail response OK as well…after you find my order items and a solution.

    My order no LXST058198430MY. I am still waiting for my parcel. According to the information I received on 13th May 2022, the parcel had arrived at the distribution center in Penang. Now is already 20th May and I received another information that my parcel is now at
    logistics facility at Kuala Muda (Sungai Petani) on 19th May. Why is my parcel sent to Kuala Muda when I am staying in Penang??

    It’s really bad lazada express. I ordered an item on the tracking status, the item has been received by the person concerned, even though no one at home has received my package. Where has it been transferred again?

    We hired this highly rated company, Lazada Express, for a partial move from Los Angeles to California. They sent a sub-par subcontractor, Best Moving Van Lines, with at least 75 percent horrible, one-star reviews to do the move. (They should be zero stars.) It was a classic bait and switch. We were moving less than 30 items in all, including one very expensive queen-size mattress. The mattress was put on the truck but lost during the move. There are dozens of similar reviews of Best Moving online: items lost, items broken, delivery dates not met, etc. Lazada Express refuses to take responsibility for our lost mattress, because they didn’t actually do the move. The subcontractor they hired will not answer phone calls. Lazada Express subcontracted Best Moving without taking 2 minutes to check them out. Lazada Express sent Best Moving to do their job. Lazada Express took our money. Not only were we overcharged by at least 25 percent, based on volume, but we ended up losing a $2,700 mattress. Avoid Lazada Express at all costs. They’re unprofessional and unresponsive. And you never know who they will send to do the job. You will end up paying for Lazada Express’s neglect and mistakes.

    Lazada Express has been a stellar carrier to work with – easily some of the best service and communication from any drayage carrier I’ve worked with in the area.

    This is one of the better Lazada Express offices. They are usually pretty friendly by post office standards, and they are open much later than others in the area.
