Terrible service. The line was out the building and the three people talking in the back at Landstar Trucking refused to open a second service window. When a customer asked for the managers phone number she just yelled it at her, even after the woman asked nicely for it to be written. Incredible.
Be careful of this Landstar Trucking location. I have been to this store twice (never to return again) to ship some packages. The guy that works there during the morning, afternoon rounds up your package to the nearest pound. I realize that this maybe a normal thing when shipping a package, but on my second trip it was rounded up 1.5lbs. I called him on it, and he informed me that it was policy. 1.5lb round up?????? No thanks. Just ship priority mail flat rate through the USPS.
One of the best moves I have ever had. The Landstar Trucking crew was amazing. I had to change the day at the last minute and they are so accommodating and easy to work with. Blakeston, Bryce and Chase are the best ask for them!
Horrible customer service experience, non helpful & experience eye rolling & evil smirk from the young female at the Landstar Trucking desk. This happened this past Thursday morning 10/16.
