    I received a partial shipment. Shipment # 2582365199 shows that 2 product Winchester Gun Cleaning Kit was shipped plu two other items which were delivered.     I am curious about my order # 502734030156. I tried checking on the tracker but it doesn’t show anything. I have never had a problem before. A few days ago I was asked to review one of the items I ordered, I couldn’t review since I never received my order.
    I placed my order on 11/27/20. I understand there is a back order on one of my items. I also, understand with COVID there my be a delay in delivery but I have never had to wait this long. I really like ordering from Lakeside since you take care of the customer the way they should be taken care of.

    I have not received any of the items I ordered on November 30th. I did receive communication at Bridge City, Texas 77611 about a refund of $5. This is not the address I used to place my order. I then received an email on Dec. 14th that items had be shipped. Again, to the Po Box number and not I home address! I should have received all items except one that was cancelled by this time. I am quite confused and simply want the $70+ order I made. Again, the addressed I used on the Nov. 30 order was Orange, Texas 77630.

    I RECIEVED MY ORDER AND THERE IS A FEW PROBLEMS . IT IS ROLLING SEWING MACHINE TOTE. ON THE SIDES IT IS NOT SEWED PUT CARDBOARD IN THE TOP SEAM JUST PULLED OUT. ALL SEWING JUST CAME OUT. THE HANDLE SHOULD LOCK WHEN PULLED UP IT DOES NOT.

    You can never get in contact with your dms they will send you on to locations that are closed and count them late so they can get rid of you my advice is if you are new with crengland stay otr entil your schooling contact is up

    They charged me an additional $1033 to move the storage units from one city to another that was in the alotted for zip codes and forced me to agree or lose my stuff. 3 Pods worth
    edit: They reached out to me and after we finally connected the representative ‘determined’ that their personnel did nothing wrong. So, obligating me to an arbitrary financial burden never once laid out in the agreement amounted to ‘nothing wrong’. The conversation ended with them denying me any sort of compromise maintaining that since their representative didn’t do anything wrong by their standards then i should have to pay whatever they determined to be fair, no questions asked. I considered taking them to court for not being upfront about potential fees but the cost and time would not have been worth it and I think they counted on that. A company that had a conscience or a bit of good character would have sought to meet me half way at the very least. I’m sure for the far majority of times they might be a fine company but with other options out there I would not deal with this company based on principle going forward but that’s your decision, of course. Buyer beware.

    Usually have a great experience at this office but this afternoon was probably the first time in my 4 years living in parlin that I had the inconvenience of meeting a new lady which works there. I tried to be nothing but polite when asking if I could pickup a package early that was transferred to them by UPS. All I got was attitude and a sense that she was doing me a favor. Horrible lady that must of had a bad day but I thanked her for her attitude took my package and left. Took her all of about 1.5 min of time to do her job.
