   [Original review in 2021]: Gotta give credit when it’s due. They have improved over the years, esp. so during the busy COVID-19 period last year which saw many items being delayed, etc. Nevertheless, the service rendered so far by the delivery personnels are pretty excellent, and many were courteous over the phone calls & followed instructions well.
   Edited (20 Feb 2022):
   Ninjavan lost one of my parcels. Standard has deteriorated over time. Last status update was that it has been picked up by courier. Receiving items shouldn’t have been in the form of distress wondering if your next parcel from ninjavan would reach safely. Resolution was given in the form of refund but this is particularly concerning how such a large item was lost in transit.

   When you have an emergency and need to get someone moved like within 2 hours you call Rhino Brothers. It was a quick call to the owner and he made it happen. I have used them before but this time meant the world to me. I love his crew very professional and took great care of my niece. Thank you Eddie and your two boys for coming so fast to save my niece life.

   Paul and his men were very knowledgeable and professional at their job. They moved my furniture out without any issues, I definitely will use them again if needed and I highly recommend them to everyone I know. A+
