   I have used this location multiple times to ship packages. The location is a no frills location. They are always super busy, so they don’t really have time to be overly polite and friendly, but they are not rude. They have always done a great job packaging items for me and they have always made it to their location without incident. I feel the reviews here might be because the overall demeanor of this location is very commercial and doesn’t present the clean retail experience everyone expects. But they do a good job, and that is all that matters to me

   They hire a great moving company, too. Everyone delivers excellent customer service. Superb attention to detail. My parents and I say, Thank you very much!

   The WORST customer service I have ever encountered! Use any other location BUT this one. I just left this location (August 10, 2022 at 9:30 AM). The man working at the counter was rude, condescending, and lacked respect for customers. Per him, they terminate employees for taping an already packaged box, so he refused to be of any help to me. Horrible experience here today and I have been to this location countless times!!! I will never be back as long as this man is the one I have to encounter.

   they don’t have good service I have been trying to call them about my package the number listed is not even in service and they never left a note on my door stating they tried to deliver a package
