Miguel and Luis were amazing. They immediately came in ready to work. Were professional and very friendly. They were also SUPER fast. This has honestly been the best moving experience ever. From the beginning the whole process was really easy and stress free. You make one phone call. They schedule your move and follow up with you in several ways to ensure your move goes perfectly. At first things started off shaky as the original movers couldn’t make it, but Miguel and Luis definitly came through. Thanks guys for making this move truly stress free!!! -Marissa

    Where do I start.
Movers started late because they ran into someone’s car in the neighbourhood with their truck.
During move they refused to wrap the furniture being moved, we insisted they wrap the mattress and they did but were very rude about it.
They stacked boxes on a dolly and slid them down stairs.
Once at the new place they proceeded to slam furniture into the front door, and then drug furniture all across the BRAND NEW wood floors and caused major damage. I had the property manager and head of maintenance in and they confirmed the damage was not there before the movers arrived, and that there was approx. $2500. Worth of damage that they caused.
They also broke a very nice dresser, and the front of a table is completely scratched.
They charged me $1700 for the move and Andy at Gentle Johns refused to help in any way.
He then said the operations manger Chris would be in touch, of course he wont return calls or emails either.
I sent them pictures of all the damage, and we have statements from the property manager as well.
I am proceeding to file charges and begin a lawsuit tomorrow to get the money for the move back and money to pay for all the damages.
NEVER use this company! They are horrible.

Gave me the runaround twice. I was told my package was here, and both times I was sent home with the vague understanding that it was “on a truck and being delivered”

What happened to FedEx? Horrible! I went in there to print out a picture for my daughter’s homework assignment because my printer ran out of ink. They tried to charge me $5 to print it and then only a partial of it printed and told me it was another $7.50 to resize it and another $5 to print it again? Really? We went down the the street to the local library and the whole thing cost $0.50. And they waived it so it ended up costing nothing. Shame on you FedEx!
