    Patrice at KW International is incredibly rude! I had a package to be picked up that was being held at the courier office, and when I told her this, she told me I had to have a pick up slip with no further information or help given. She was not helpful and was very short with me. So I went home. Never received a slip on my door. Literally 3 days later, I came back because I had contacted the seller of my package and they told me it was ready for pick up at my local post office. I went back a second time and she told me (with an attitude) to write the tracking number. I did. She goes in the back and brings me a package that has been sitting there since three days ago when I first showed up. On the package it had instructions to call my phone number, which was written on the label, when it arrived at the post office. I never received a call. Not to mention, the lady at the front desk (Patrice) was not only rude to me, but rude to another customer who was waiting as well. She slammed her hand on the counter when he couldn’t find the papers she was referring to, shook her head and smacked her lips. I’ve never seen such poor customer service in my life. I will not be sending my packages to this KW International again, no matter how far I’ll have to drive to pick up my package.

    I told them I was shipping light bulbs and no one at KW International said they won’t cover if they break them. Lights are not listed on their shipping guide but they have another list that shows they are not responsible for anything broken in their possession. Save yourself some headaches and use the courier office or UPS.
