   HORRIBLE to say the least. I received a call today, 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment saying that the movers were stuck on the other side of town due to rain. (The sun was bright and shining on my side of town). I was told that according to the weather app for that side of town, that it would be raining until 8pm. I was asked if the movers could come to me on tomorrow. I explained that we’d taken off of work today for our scheduled appointments and could not take off 2 days in a row to accommodate THEM. Especially when they already have my deposit money. I asked to speak with a manager or someone who would get something done to accommodate my scheduled appointment. I was promised that someone would call me and I still have not received a call. My things are still not moved and I have no idea if they are planning to come or not. I have called the main phone number on their website as well as the number that the representative called me from and my calls have been ignored. This company is unprofessional, unreliable and do not deserve to remain in business. If you choose to use this company, prepare to be frustrated and to have your time and money wasted.

   This UPS location is great and has the best staff! I have to send stuff out every Friday and the staff is always so friendly, helpful and get you in and out with everything you need quickly. I drive further just to go to this location. Always a good experience at this location.

   The man with dreadlocks has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. He doesn’t do anything for anyone – unless he’s trying to flirt with some young lady coming into the post office. He is constantly rude; there are constantly lines out the door; and there is constantly only one person in the office.

   Yuri and his team of 6 people moved our family home across the state efficiently and smoothly. They worked diligently to protect our valuables and made the trip in a single day with two trucks. The process was simple and smooth and I would recommend Trek movers to anyone who is looking to move their home a long distance. Although the price was premium everything was done to the highest standard. Thanks for everything Trek.
