   I sent through KTMD Taiping parcel on 21/1/20 which was expected to reach Batu Pahat on 22/1/20. It was a Chinese New Year gift.
   Until today (30/1/20) not delivered. The person waiting for the parcel has since returned to the US.
   I am disappointed and ashamed for this type of service. Enquiries at KTMD Taiping said parcel arrived in Kluang for delivery by their Agent, Syarikat Pelangi. Agent said the parcel given to their lorry driver. Now the whereabout of the parcel is unknown.

   I want to make a claim on this late delivery and the anxiety it has caused me.

   We used Maybaum Movers for three separate days of moving: once when moving into the DMV area and then once during a two-day move within the DMV area that included moving my things from two separate locations.
   For all three moves, Ty was the assigned team leader, and despite the moves being months apart, he remembered my situation from the first move to the second move. He kept me up-to-date with clear communication, (even when during the last leg of the second move there was an unexpected delay for his team’s arrival). Each team that helped during the move was fantastic, and it was awesome that they usually brought more crew members to make things go more quickly! The crew members were courteous, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs and made sure that things were setup the way we needed. They worked fast and made stressful moves far less stressful! Maybaum Movers, Ty, Daryl, and all the crew members are great, and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone in the DMV area.

   Had Rob, Brendan, Sin & John as our moving crew. I have used multiple movers in the past and never had such a pleasant experience. They were incredibly fast yet not a single item was damaged. Highly courteous & flexible. Would certainly use again!!

   I have several delicate antiques with three sides of glass and furniture made of heavy wood. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care and effort of each of the movers. They worked well as a team and problem solved together. Had a great moving experience.
