   We moved from The Woodlands Tx back to Yorkshire in the UK. We Chose Allied for the simple reason that when we moved to Texas, they were partnered with Pickford’s in the UK. We were assured by Berger that Pickford’s would be the delivery agent in the UK and so we were happy to spend the nearly $10,000.00 to move home.
   The packing team seemed efficient but once we returned home and started to unpack it became evident that the only way they seemed to be able to pack/protect our stuff was to wrap it in about 20 layers of paper. Our clothes, which we were told would be hung upright in garment boxes (we still had available Pickfords Garment boxes which were ignored), were stuffed into flat boxes. My wife’s wedding dress was so badly crushed that it might never recover, as was her handmade velvet cape!. My suits were also all crushed to within an inch of their lives. Other clothes which has already been pre-packed by us into vacuum bags were removed and used as extra packing material!
   On top of this shocking job of packing, I was somewhat annoyed when it turned out that Pickford’s were not to be our delivery agent. We were given to a company called Doree Bonner who were simply nowhere near the standard of Pickfords. I guess they were the budget option which enabled Berger to make more money on the job.
   I have used Allied previously with great satisfaction. I guess that the service you receive depends on the agents that you use. If this is the case, I would recommend steering clear of Berger at all costs!

   I would never use or recommend them to anyone! They sre a broker service that lies to you at every chance they can. Im still getting emails to sign doc papers almost 2 weeks later that i signed twice. They told me the car would get bavk to me same day and the transporter would be there at a certsin time. Well 3 hours later and 4 people on the phone saying that they have not spoke to the driver I called the driver he told me the exact time he told them to me and the truck would be there next day. So 2 lies in a row from Q auto and the address is a parking lot they have no office. The driver is the only one i would deal with and i would have saved $150 from their poor service. TWO thumbs down!
