    Hello,

    I had ordered my products from cosmetic love at the end of February this month. I live in Belgium . I see that my parcel has already arrived in Belgium but it is held in the customs office since 25 February, which is more than 3 months. At first i thought due to ongoing COVID problem , it didn’t make it in time but i see its very highly unusual to get stuck for a long time. I would kindly request you to check for my parcel please.

    I went to collect my parcel as I wasn’t home, I had a blue note from the Korea Post K-Packet delivery person saying to come and collect, so I did. They said they didn’t have it as the driver had not dropped it off… 10 minutes later I get a notification saying that they have scanned it and it is awaiting collection… are you kidding me!!! So I came back the next day… then I heard in front of my face 2 of the serving girls talking about me and my parcel. I have never experienced such utter rudeness from this branch. 20 years ago it was the best courier office this far North of Joondalup… now I dread coming here for collection of my parcels! If I had a choice I would give them 0 stars!

    Everything happened as planned with Korea Post. I changed pickup and delivery locations and they accomplished the changes with no problems. I recommend them highly.
