I brought an Amazon package to be returned on 06/16/2020 at the Lake Worth TX store and I have not received any information from Amazon or Khol’s as to this package whereabouts. There is no information on the Khol’s website for tracking my return to Amazon. The tracking number I was given is KOH1067993506 but UPS, Fedex, or USPS does not recognize this tracking number. Why and where is this returned package?

I have the same issue on a package going back to Amazon. KOH number is what carrier???? Answer from Kohls would be helpful!!!
It’s February 2021 and I’m here to report having the same problem as other people experienced after dropping unwanted Amazon stuff off for return at Kohl’s according to the instructions provided by Amazon (ie. no boxing needed just bring to Kohl’s and drop off…). Fortunately I saved the confirmation print out receipt that Kohl’s issues when Amazon returns are officially recognized as being dropped off in a Kohl’s store. What happens from there must depend a lot on the honesty of Kohl’s employees?
My guess is that Amazon return items dropped at Kohl’s are not assigned to move on a Third Party Carrier’s equipment under direct contract between Amazon and any Carrier so there won’t be any USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. tracking number provided to us Amazon customers as reference. I believe Amazon returns get loaded onto a Kohl’s truck or the truck of a Kohl’s internally contracted Carrier who could be USPS/UPS/FedEx under a transportation agreement visible only to Kohl’s since those type of contracted trucks are primarily paid for hauling Kohl’s merchandise according to the retailer’s store operations or fulfillment needs.
Now if Amazon return goods just happen to catch a ride with one of those Kohl’s hired trucks because there’s room on the trailer and the stuff is all going the same direction anyway once it hits the road, then that arrangement possibly saves gas and mileage fees for Amazon as well as Kohl’s depending on how the transportation contract is written.
I call kohls with this information with my tracking and so far they have no idea how to answer my question? in the future I will no longer going to return or support any returns that I have ordered from Amazon. I still didn’t get a full refund from amazon and who know where is my package. This is so disappointing!!!!
OK, so I’m having the same issue trying to track an Amazon return. However my return is a replacement return. They sent me new item which I had 30 days to return the original item. So as of right now I don’t know if they received the item back or not. On Amazon it says a replacement item was sent. On the original order it says only that I can review return code but nothing about tracking or if they have received the item or not. I fine this very frustrating as I can’t even prove that the kohl’s return number is directly linked to the item I returned as there’s no description to go along with the return tracking number.
I can’t locate my return back to Amazon either, can’t find it and I am now 2 weeks out from return.
I ordered a cooking oven on April 29th. To date I haven’t received it and don’t know where it is. How can I get my money back? Do I need to get the AG involved?
What happens with the item ordered on Nov 26? Supposedly he will receive it on Dec 5 and already today is Dec 6. It has not arrived, what a bad service !!
