    Most horrible service ever. They are are so illogical. They lose stuff on a regular basis never to be seen again. I often have time sensitive packages that never make it. Customer service is terrible. They will not go out of their way to help you out, no matter the urgency.
    Complete debacle. They have no idea what they’re doing. They need to revamp their whole procedure.

    Worst service i have ever seen.. they are stealing the products if we prepaid for the products..they are not even calling the customer who are raising the query

    Even they won’t make a call and sending msg delivery attempted.They are unable to identify the police stations address.worst service.

    Ivan and Igor were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time, carefully handled all my stuff, and even offered to rearrange furniture once we were in my new apartment. They were nice and professional.

    We have used Capital for years, and their delivery service has always been great, and their drivers pleasant. They are our preferred point to point courier.

    Suspend their license – Worst service.
    It’s been 9 days and the shipment hasn’t been delivered yet.
    I have sent some important documents which had to go to the hospital urgently, but the delay has destroyed everything.
    No proper response to emails, No response to calls, Automated call center system is not working.
    They have a tie-up with a local third-party courier service, they are taking the orders on Aramex name but using cheap third party local courier service to deliver the parcels.
