    Have been over charged us for an undeclared item they claimed. The items were 12 identical boxes. Debited our account with no contact prior weeks later and then asked us to provide evidence of the boxes that have been processed unpacked and disposed of. SCAM ALERT
    We have had no customer support or service Zoe the national invoicing manager should be re-trained or let go of, her assistance is that of a child we have asked for photographic evidence of the items that are claimed by a carrier to be oversized and her response is to pass that onto us.
    We stopped using transdirect for this exact reason and we gave them another chance and here we are again with the same issue. Blame the customer, blame anyone else other than themselves or try and help the customer. VERY POOR BUSINESS AND POORLY RUN.

    Used this company 10yrs ago and recommended them to my friends. Finally thought I should give my own recommendation. A very helpful firm , with good knowledgeable and caring staff.. Everything was packed individually and nothing arrived broken. 3 bed house packed and moved, all done in a day. Highly recommend them
