    Absolute joke of a depot. The delivery driver came and attempted to make delivery however no one answered, the next morning I wake up to check the tracking on the parcel and it says it was delivered 1 minute after the attempt yesterday. Clearly confused, I call the depot who tell me the parcel never made it back to depot and so it must have been delivered (only later to find out that the shift manager at the depot manually posted it as delivered from the depot)??
    Delivery driver came to our house to confirm delivery said he remembers not delivering the parcel and spoke to Bali at the depot who said okay that’s fine, now you would think a normal company would remove the status as delivered having spoken to the delivery driver and confirming it has not been delivered but the intellectuals at this depot think they still need to carry on investigating therefore not allowing me to get a replacement. When explaining this to Bali at the depot she did want to listen to what I had to say but instead had the worst attitude of anyone I have ever encountered and told me to stop calling and call the company I purchased from instead. Unfortunately, understanding why I couldn’t do that if the parcel still showed as delivered was beyond her intellectual capacity and she could not understand.
    Definitely needs a bigger investigation into this depot judging by all the reviews as to why parcels are manually entered as delivered even though they haven’t been… seems they need to focus the investigation skills internally.
    THE WORST DEPOT IN THE UK.

    Most of the time don’t deliver in the given address. Ask customer to come into their office to take the parcel.
    Always their excuse will be out of delivery area. Then will return the package immediately.

    The person who picked the call from DTDC from chamarajapet branch speaks very rude and don’t allow us to talk and hangs up the call. Even though my courier reached Bangalore from Delhi one day before it was only delivered after two days that too after many follow ups. Very irresponsible.

    If you want move out from your living place without stress and with affordable price, I recommend to order SOS movers, because the dispatchers are very responsive and very polite, movers were very professional, considerate and patient. Perfect service good and don’t hesitate to order them!

    Just wanted to put other peoples minds at ease. I had 3 separate items delivered with GLS, I was incredibly nervous when I found all these 1 star review horror stories. All three of my parcels arrived within 5 working days after being sent from The Netherlands. The track and trace was very accurate. All packages were in perfect condition. The delivery driver was very friendly. Fantastic service. Would definitely use again

    I cannot even express how bad UPS is. They literally cannot even do their job. which is to deliver parcels. They don’t respond to emails or pick up calls. I seriously hope nobody uses their services. They are the worst.
